McCabe serves as CEO and managing partner of McCabe Research & Consulting, a market advisor and consulting firm he founded in 2002. Prior to opening MR&C, McCabe’s 24 years in the industry included roles in sales and project management with national homebuilders; merger and acquisition negotiations for real estate brokerages; and consulting and operations management with a national, single-family real estate research firm.
As an economic specialist and requested speaker on U.S. housing markets, McCabe has been widely acknowledged for his accurate predictions and projected timetable of the Florida real estate highs and lows during 2001 – 2007.
