Marlar joins SKY Sotheby’s International Realty with a specialization in residential luxury homes and waterfront properties. Previously, she was employed with RE/MAX Gulfstream Realty for 12 years, where Marlar earned top honors and was inducted into the International Hall of Fame.
An award-winning Realtor for 15 years, she is licensed as a broker associate and earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in 2004. For two consecutive years, Martha was recognized by Sarasota Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent: Best in Client Satisfaction, an elite group representing less than seven percent of licensed agents in the Sarasota area.

Prior to her transition to real estate, Marlar, a Florida resident since 1983, spent 17 years in the retail industry as a sportswear buyer and divisional manager. Originally from western New York, she earned a bachelor’s degree in studio art and art history from Skidmore College in New York.
In addition to her real estate career, Marlar is a member of Entre Nous and chaired the Holiday Tour of Homes. She served on the Board of Directors of the Pace Center for Girls and is a friend of Young Life.
