Chakos will work out of the Lakewood Ranch office, located at 8470 Enterprise Circle. The Clamage Group, comprised of Clamage and Radford, will work out of the company’s headquarters at 1237 N. Gulfstream Avenue.
With almost 10 years of experience in Florida’s real estate industry, both as an investor and an agent, Chakos specializes in selling luxury residential homes and custom-built estates throughout Sarasota.

Prior to joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, Chakos worked for one of the area’s most respected builders, Lee Wetherington Homes, as a sales associate. During her nearly five years with the company, she and her sales partner sold over $55 million in real estate. The Chicago native’s real estate career began in 1996 when she and her husband started Palm-Aire Properties, a boutique real estate sales firm.
The mother-and-daughter duo of Clamage and Radford form the Clamage Group, which specializes in waterfront properties and downtown living.

Prior to joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, she worked with Michael Saunders & Company for eight years. She is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of finance and a background in corporate banking, commercial real estate and contract negotiations. Before becoming a licensed Realtor in 2000, Clamage worked in the banking industry for 20 years. Although born in North Carolina, Clamage has spent most of her life in Florida and lived in St. Petersburg for 30 years before moving to Sarasota in 1997. She is a graduate of USF with a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
In addition to her designation as a Realtor, Clamage holds the Graduate Realtor Institute certification and e-PRO (a Realtor who has completed the NAR training program). The Clamage Group has also been recognized by Sarasota Magazine as a Five Star Best in client satisfaction.
A Florida native, Radford was born in St. Petersburg and has widespread experience in sales, marketing and residential real estate. Radford became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and partnered with her mother while working at Michael Saunders & Company for two years before joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty. A graduate of Meredith College in North Carolina, she has a degree in clothing, fashion merchandising and marketing. After graduation, Radford worked in the marketing and retail sales industry for 10 years.
