SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, has announced the addition of two new sales associates to the company roster: Nancy Birnbaum and Jason Grande. Ms. Birnbaum has been a licensed realtor since 2003, previously working for Waterside Realty in Sarasota. Mr. Grande has been a licensed realtor since 1995 and specializes in luxury waterfront properties and premier golf course communities. In accord with SKY Sotheby’s criteria, both realtors are ranked in the top 10% of the local real estate board, have average real estate transactions of $750,000 or more and list at least 12 properties every year. Both realtors will work out of the company’s headquarters at 1237 N. Gulfstream Ave.
