SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, today announced that three new sales associates have joined the firm: Craig Cerreta and Brenda and Craig Wilson. They will work at the new Lakewood Ranch office which is slated to open in the coming months. Until then, they will work out of the downtown Sarasota office at 1237 Gulfstream Avenue.

Cerreta has been practicing real estate for two years and specializes in east Manatee and Sarasota County luxury communities surrounding Lakewood Ranch and University Park. In 2006, he earned Sarasota Magazine’s “5-Star: Best in Client Satisfaction” rating for real estate agents. Before making the move to SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, he worked for Keller Williams Realty at its Lakewood Ranch office.

In addition to his strong determination, Cerreta brings an exceptional business background to the firm as the owner of an award-winning high-tech online learning company for nine years. In 2000, his company was awarded Cisco’s “21st Century Revolutionary” award for most innovative small client in the world, was featured in Inc. Magazine and was on CNN with President Clinton at the White House. Cerreta is also active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance as Chairman-elect and is an advocate for Greyhound rescue and adoption.
Brenda and Craig Wilson have been in business together for most of their 22-year marriage. Brenda became a licensed Realtor in 1995, while Craig earned his license in 2000 and they have been selling real estate together ever since. Prior to moving to Lakewood Ranch two years ago, the couple sold real estate in Tulsa, Okla. for Keller Williams Realty and was ranked the number one real estate team for the company in that region. They stayed with Keller Williams until they joined SKY Sotheby’s International Realty.
The Wilsons primarily focus on east Manatee County communities such as Lakewood Ranch, the Concession, WaterLeaf and GrayHawk Landing. They also hold several real estate accreditations awards: Craig earned Sarasota Magazine’s “5-Star: Best in Client Satisfaction” rating for real estate agents in 2006 and is a Broker Associate and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP); Brenda is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Prior to entering the real estate industry, the Wilsons owned and sold several businesses including Almost-A-Banc, a 19-branch financial services operation and Quick-File Tax Network, an H&R Block styled tax service with over 25 locations per season, both in Virginia.
