SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, today announced that two new customer service representatives have joined the client concierge staff at the firm: Marc Giacomazzi and Meghan Williams. They will work out of the downtown Sarasota office located at 1237 Gulfstream Avenue.

As the client concierge, Giacomazzi and Williams are responsible for providing platinum-level service to internal and external customers, responding to property phone inquiries and directing leads to the appropriate sales associates, preparing and maintaining client files and supporting the sales associates in any way necessary to provide unsurpassed customer service.
Giacomazzi brings an extensive and diverse customer-service background to the firm. Previously, he was an assistant property manager for Edgewater Management, LLC, a member of the concierge staff at L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club and worked as a licensed mortgage broker for Rankin Mortgage. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and Human Anatomy from the Parker College of Chiropractic (Dallas, Texas). He is also a Doctor of Chiropractic, earning his degree from the Parker College of Chiropractic.
Possessing nearly 10 years of experience in management and operations, Williams is a strong addition to the concierge staff. Before joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, Williams most recently worked for Coldwell Banker in Madison, New Jersey, as a Realtor and assistant to one of their top-producing Realtors. She also worked for Morgan Stanley as a property services manager, managing more than four million square feet of property, such as 1 New York Plaza in downtown Manhattan. Williams holds several professional accreditations such as a NASD Series 7 license and real estate licenses in New Jersey and Florida. She attended the University of Vermont and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree.
