SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, today announced that Erin Cazalas has joined the dynamic Brady + Mattison team, consisting of Laura Brady and Stuart Mattison. Cazalas will work out of the downtown Sarasota office at 1237 Gulfstream Avenue.
The Brady + Mattison team ranks in the top one percent of Realtors in Sarasota County and the top five percent of Realtors nationwide. As SKY Sotheby’s International Realty agents, they also meet and exceed the following criteria: have average real estate transactions of $750,000 or more and list at least 12 properties every year. They specialize in the waterfront luxury market, specifically bay- and gulf-front residential properties near the downtown Sarasota area such as Lido Key, Siesta Key, Bird Key and the mainland.
“Laura Brady and Stuart Mattison are an exceptional team,” says Chad Roffers, President, SKY Sotheby’s International Realty. “With the addition of Erin, their team will be even stronger. It is our goal to help agents within our firm, like the Brady + Mattison team, grow their businesses and achieve great success.”
Cazalas, a native of Corpus Christi, Texas, grew up with Brady and was recruited by her when the Brady + Mattison team decided it was time to expand. After only one visit to Sarasota, Cazalas fell in love with the area and decided to join SKY Sotheby’s International Realty.
“SKY Sotheby’s International Realty is such an extraordinary company, and I am constantly impressed by its dedication to customer service excellence,” says Cazalas. “We all work hard to elevate the public’s perception of real estate professionals, and I am thrilled to be a part of such a forward-thinking team and company.”
Cazalas started her career in real estate more than three years ago in Dallas working for a commercial development company. During her time there, she quickly achieved success as the number three position in the firm. In addition to holding Texas and Florida real estate licenses, Cazalas is a licensed broker in Florida. She graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with Bachelor degrees in English and psychology.
