Leading Sarasota Realtor, Judie Berger, has joined SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm. A specialist in high-end waterfront, gated and golf course properties, Berger will work out of the downtown Sarasota office at 1237 Gulfstream Avenue.

Each SKY Sotheby’s International Realty agent must meet and exceed the following criteria: be ranked in the top 10% of the local real estate board, have average real estate transactions of $750,000 or more and list at least 12 properties every year. Berger is no exception and has been a licensed Realtor in Sarasota since 1999.
Before joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, she worked for Re/Max Properties and Keller Williams Realty. A consistent multimillion dollar producer, Berger has earned several awards for her productivity such as the Keller Williams Quad Gold Mega Agent Achiever and Re/Max International Platinum Awards. In addition, in 2006, she was named one of Sarasota Magazine’s Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents.
Originally from the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey area, Berger moved to Sarasota with her family in the 90’s after vacationing in the area for years. She’s been selling real estate in Sarasota ever since, and Berger’s success as a businesswoman in the sports industry has served her well as she’s made the transition to real estate.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Berger had a successful 25-year career as one of the world’s foremost designers and manufacturers of thoroughbred racing apparel, from racing silks to custom equipment for race tracks worldwide. As a result, she helped shaped the image of many winning stables and jockeys, including Angel Cordero and Julie Krone.

She is also currently working to obtain her Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and her E-Pro designations as well.
