At last night’s meeting of the Board of Directors of the Laurel Park Homeowners Association, two real estate development representatives made presentations in an effort to address neighborhood concerns. Sky Real Estate’s Chad Roffers and Brandyn Herbold presented their company’s development plans for the neighborhood, which include a number of new homes coming online this year that will continue to push the price boundary of the ever-escalating neighborhood.
