SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, welcomes new agents John Brazelton, Cindy Migone and Courtney Piana. Brazelton and Piana work in the New Homes Division and handle sales for Devonshire Park, the new residential development located in Laurel Park. Migone is a residential sales associate.

Brazelton specializes in properties located in Sarasota’s downtown. Prior to joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty he worked for companies such as Michael Saunders & Co., Wedebrock Real Estate Company and most recently, Lennar Homes where he successfully sold $7.5 million worth of new homes in ten months.

With a career in sales and marketing that started more 30 years ago, Brazelton has traveled the world as an account executive for international and regional engineering firms, oil companies, and utility industry clients such as Intergraph Middle East, Carolina Power & Electric and Tampa Electric. He currently serves on the Manatee County Chapter of the American Cancer Society as the board vice chairman and is also a commercial rated pilot who volunteers for Angel Flight. He graduated from Jacksonville State University (Jacksonville, Ala.) with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems and minor in management.
After the purchase of her first home, Migone’s love of real estate began. A lifetime Sarasota resident, she has been practicing real estate full-time for four years and specializes in St. Armand’s, Lido Key and Longboat Key properties. Migone’s experience also includes corporate relocations, income producing investment properties, vacant land sales and 1031 exchanges

Previously, Migone worked for ResortQuest Real Estate and Wedebrock Real Estate. Migone is a member of the Sarasota and Manatee Board of Realtors, the Longboat Key, Sarasota, and Lido Key Chambers of Commerce, and proud volunteer of the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
Piana works as a sales associate in the new homes division and specializes in custom home construction. A Sarasota native, she has been a licensed real estate agent and Florida mortgage broker for more than three years. Going into real estate was a natural choice for Piana since she grew up watching her mother, also a Realtor, represent many of Sarasota’s top builders and communities like University Park.

Before joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, Piana most recently worked for Lee Wetherington Homes where she was a top producer. Her team had the highest number of sales and had contracted seventy percent of all to-be-built homes for 2006. Piana is an active member of the Sarasota Young Professionals Group and serves on its community outreach committee. She graduated from the University of South Florida.
