Continuing on a path of growth and expansion, luxury real estate brokerage firm, SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, today announced the opening of the company’s first branch office on Longboat Key. The new office is located at 546 Bay Isles Road and the firm’s main headquarters will remain in downtown Sarasota at 1237 N. Gulfstream Avenue.
According to Chad Roffers, President of SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, “Our ultimate goal is to provide superior service to our customers. The addition of new office locations, such as Longboat Key, enhances our ability to serve our clientele while building a strong local footprint.”
Earlier this year, the company opened a branch office in Osprey and another office is planned for Lakewood Ranch. In addition to local growth, the company expanded into the Minnesota market this September. These new offices and markets are a result of significant demand from both current and prospective clients.
Approximately 15 hand-picked agents will staff the Longboat Key office based on their geographic expertise and passion for the communities they serve. Each agent must meet SKY Sotheby’s International Realty’s high standards including performing in the top ten percent of the local association of Realtors and consistently securing average transaction values two times the market average.
One such agent who will be working out of the Longboat Key office is Hannerle Moore, a top-producing industry veteran who joined SKY Sotheby’s International Realty in late October. She has been selling ultra high-end properties on Longboat Key for more than 30 years and is known for her expertise in this area.
“We are excited to have agents like Hannerle help us grow and establish our presence in the Longboat Key area,” says Roffers. “Our success is due largely in part to the hard work and dedication of our agents. They are the best and brightest in their field, and we want to provide them with the tools necessary to do well.”
The company expects to achieve $440 million in sales this year.
