Fernando Viteri And Audrey And Jill Singer Join SKY Sotheby’s International Realty

SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, today announced that top-producing agents Fernando Viteri and Audrey and Jill Singer have joined the firm. Combined, they bring nearly 50 years of real estate expertise to SKY Sotheby’s International Realty.

Viteri is known for his global client base and expertise in luxury properties. Fluent in Spanish, German and Italian, he has strong multicultural and multilingual skills. In addition, Viteri is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), ranked in the top seven percent of Sarasota’s Realtors® and was voted as a “5-Star: Best in Client Satisfaction” real estate agent for 2005. Prior to joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, Viteri worked in the technology industry for 15 years. He works out of the downtown office at 1237 N. Gulfstream Ave.

Since 1972, Audrey Singer has been selling real estate in Sarasota with her husband, Bob. Over the past 30 years they’ve sold more than 550 homes, totaling more than $325 million in sales, and specialized in properties located on Bird Key. To this day, they are still known as “Mr. and Mrs. Bird Key” by local residents. They also started Singer Realty, the first real estate office in Sarasota to specialize in luxury homes. Throughout the years, she has won many accolades and rewards for her high sales productivity while working for companies such as Michael Saunders & Co., ERA Mount Vernon Realty Co. and RE/MAX Properties, among others. Before her career in real estate, Singer worked in the financial industry selling stocks and mutual funds. Now, she and her daughter, Jill, sell real estate together.

Jill Singer has been selling real estate with her parents since 1994. Prior to real estate, Jill worked in retail for 11 years for companies such as Macy’s in New York City. There, she was a store buyer and planner.

The Singers will work out of the downtown office until the opening of the Longboat Key office in October.
