SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the locally-owned premier luxury residential real estate brokerage in the Twin Cities, announced the opening of its newest office in Wayzata set to open at 1313 Wayzata Boulevard on June 1, 2007.
“When we decided to enter the Twin Cities market, Wayzata was high on our list. The market is right for us to move into the West metro since we already have a large clientele base there,” said Brandyn Herbold, co-owner and chief executive officer of SKY Sotheby’s International Realty. “Our goal is to have a presence in numerous areas around the Twin Cities to provide our clients with the best experience possible.”
The new office will open with eight sales associates and is expected to grow to 15 associates. SKY Sotheby’s International Realty anticipates strong client interest at the Wayzata location. SKY Sotheby’s International Realty’s ultimate goal is to retain a team of 200 associates in multiple offices around the Twin Cities area. SKY Sotheby’s International Realty will continue recruiting the top REALTORS® in the areas of service and sales – two criteria that place them in the top 10 percent of the local real estate industry.
