Everybody knows Andy. She has been winning accolades and making friends through Real Estate since 1986. Now, she and the rest of The Cail Group are reaching new heights with SKY. Her honesty, integrity, energy and joie de vivre set her apart.

In 1978 she and her husband, Dr. Tom Cail, moved to Sarasota from Boston. They as a family took time to be together, to enjoy life in the sun, to re-connect after a frantic, pressure-cooker life up North. When son Tom could drive to tennis lessons, Andy knew it was time to get back to business.

The rest is history. Knowledge is power, and Andy knows Sarasota, all of it! She's watched it grow, knows the players, and always puts her client's interest above all else. That's the secret of her success.

In 1992 she and her son Tom formed The Cail Group which consists of the two generations of Cails and full time Professional Assistant Patricia Voigt.
