Originally from Ohio, Colleen was introduced to Sarasota as a young child when visiting the area on family vacations. As a result, most of her fondest childhood memories were created between the bridges of Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. Now a resident herself, Colleen enjoys sharing her first-hand knowledge and love of Sarasota with her customers and specializes in marketing exquisite waterfront, island and one-of-a-kind properties.

In addition to her personal insight into the local area, clients value Colleen’s experience in real estate development, negotiations and sales, as well as her entrepreneurial background. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Colleen was the owner and operator of a high-end children’s boutique and founder of a company that processed Visa/MasterCard transactions, which she eventually sold to Fifth Third Bank. Just as with her earlier successful business ventures, Colleen strives to create client relationships with integrity, diligence, confidence and superior customer service.

An avid traveler, Colleen has enjoyed adventures to countries such as Africa, England, Italy and Sicily, and is therefore poised to assist the needs of international clientele. The mother of five children, Colleen strongly believes in giving back to the community and has volunteered for various organizations on a regular basis. In her spare time, she also enjoys boating, the beach and skiing.
