Personalized service and financial expertise make David uniquely qualified as a real estate advisor, earning the trust and referrals of a repeat clientele. He enjoys the opportunity to represent a variety of clients, but focuses primarily on commercial real estate.

David started selling real estate in 2001 when he earned his real estate license. However, his successful career in sales began in the food-service equipment industry where he worked for 15 years as a National Sales Director for companies such as the Manitowoc Corporation. Pairing his corporate sales experience with his strong real estate investment knowledge, David offers his clients invaluable insight into the buying and selling process.

He joined SKY Sotheby’s International Realty in early 2006 as a commercial sales associate and is recognized as an expert in the field. Prior to David’s success in commercial real estate, he was best known as a specialist in historic homes. David is a resident of the Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores neighborhood in Sarasota’s museum area. He and his wife Linda, along with their two daughters, have made this neighborhood their home since 1992. David is also an active member in the Sarasota Alliance for Historic Preservation, the Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores Neighborhood Association and the Sarasota Sailing Squadron.

Since joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, David has become an even more familiar face in business, investment and political circles in both Sarasota and Manatee Counties. He holds a brokers license, is a member of the Commercial Investment Division of the Sarasota Board of Realtors and is a CCIM Candidate.

A native of Ohio, David graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a degree in Communication Studies.
