She’s a people person who came to Sarasota from NYC in 1993. He’s a numbers man who arrived from the D.C. area about the same time. She’s a former legal administrator with extensive contract experience. He’s a longtime spec-home builder and fourth generation Floridian. Together, Carolyn and Gary offer clients a winning combination of market knowledge, building insight and real estate expertise.

Carolyn brings valuable experience in all facets of a real estate transaction. Gary, with his knowledge of building requirements and business savvy, helps clients evaluate the many decisions involved in buying or selling a home.

In 2004, they ranked in the top 6 percent of @ 4,000 REALTORS® in the Sarasota Association of REALTORS®.

Carolyn and Gary continue to operate their own real estate development company, currently developing property in downtown Sarasota.
