Heidi Pittman’s focus, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for her clients will make purchasing or selling your next home an effortless process. A Sarasota resident for 25 years, she offers an in-depth knowledge of the area and specializes in residential waterfront properties. Heidi works with her husband, Troy Pittman, and the pair strives to ensure that their clients have a positive experience from start to finish.

A Michigan native, Heidi received her real estate license in 2002, and previously worked for Keller Williams and Assist2Sell, both for two years. Her innate ability to negotiate and understand clients’ lifestyles, wants and needs creates thorough, smooth transactions.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, she worked with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office as a deputy sheriff for 14 years. Heidi’s determination and motivation led to a variety of positions including community policing, accreditation and field training officer. She was the first female deputy to be placed within the traffic division, joining a team of eight elite patrol officers.

Outside of her real estate career, Heidi believes in strengthening the community and actively volunteers her time with the Animal Rescue Coalition, the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.

An energetic spirit, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, offshore fishing and running. Heidi has completed the Honolulu Marathon, Marine Corp. Marathon, five half marathons and in 2007, a two-day, 39.3-mile race.
