Jeff Granston has watched Sarasota’s enormous growth firsthand for over 40 years. He owned local property for many years prior to becoming a full time resident in 1991, upon his retirement as a career naval officer. A graduate of the University of Washington, Jeff has been involved in a number of the most prestigious listings and sales in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

As a realtor with Tangerine Realty and subsequently with Michael Saunders & Company for almost 15 years, Jeff was a general agent and charter member of the New Homes Division. During his professional career, Jeff has represented many of Sarasota and Longboat Key’s premier communities and developers and has consistently been recognized as being among the top producing agents within the company.

Jeff was invited to join SKY Sotheby’s team of professionals in 2006.
