Before joining SKY Sotheby's International Realty, Kathleen was an associate with Michael Saunders & Co. for five years. While she works with buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties, her specialty is in Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch and downtown Sarasota properties.

Kathleen is the "Sarasota connection" for northeastern transplants, many who, like herself, discovered the area while vacationing here. Kathleen was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and raised her family in nearby Williamsville. She received her bachelor's degree from D'Youville College. Her three grown children live in Popmpano, Florida, Williamsville, New York, and Boston, Massachusettes.
