A Florida resident since 1983, Martha specializes in residential luxury homes and waterfront properties. Previously, she was employed with RE/MAX Gulfstream Realty for 12 years, where she earned top honors and was inducted into the International Hall of Fame.

Martha is licensed as a broker associate and earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in 2004. Martha’s attention to the details of her clients’ transactions is the foundation of her success and the focus of her energy. As a result, 80 percent of her new customers are referred by satisfied past clients. For two consecutive years, Martha was recognized by Sarasota Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent: Best in Client Satisfaction, an elite group representing less than seven percent of licensed agents in the Sarasota area.

Prior to her career transition into real estate, Martha, spent 17 years in the retail industry as a sportswear buyer and divisional manager. Originally from western New York, Martha earned a Bachelor’s degree in studio art and art history from Skidmore College in New York.
