Mary Hellhake specializes in waterfront properties and golf course communities. She has earned national recognition in real estate from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, both as a Million Dollar Guild Member, and by receiving the Guild’s prestigious designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) which recognizes those who have successfully demonstrated expertise in the luxury home market by meeting strict performance requirements. In addition, Mary recently received her e-Pro designation and was named a 2007 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent in Sarasota Magazine.

Mary has been providing service to clients and the Sarasota and Manatee community for two decades. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, was Committee Chairperson for Partners in Education and is a Leadership Manatee alumna.

A successful banking career as an Executive Vice President for Retail, where customers’ needs drove product design and client satisfaction was of prime importance, proved to be a perfect launching point for her transition to real estate professional.

In her real estate career, Mary previously worked for Sarasota brokerage Michael Saunders & Company for several years. Her results-oriented style consistently placed her among that company’s top real estate agents year after year.
