Prior to joining SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, he was the former co-owner of Nokomis-based Biscay Realty, which he started with his father. The Illinois native holds a GRI designation and graduated from Goshen College (Goshen, Ind.) with a degree in business administration.

Terry and his wife Tonya, son Blake and daughter Chloe live in Sorrento Shores. Outdoor enthusiasts, the family owns two boats and a four-seat jet ski, large enough for their entire family. With a specialty in waterfront properties, his first-hand knowledge of the waterways is crucial when seeking waterfront properties in this area. Terry often takes his clients to view properties on the water.

Outside of the office, Terry volunteers at Bayshore Mennonite Church in Sarasota and Sarasota Christian School, where his children attend school.
